We are committed to creating the products that our customers want to see. From raw material processing (soft capsules, hard capsules, granulated powder, pills etc.) to packaging (glass bottles, resealable storage bags, three-sided seal packaging, press-through packaging sheets, cardboard boxes, etc.) and shipping, we handle production in our own manufacturing plant. Our sales staff first inquires into customer needs. Based on what they learn, we couple our company's wealth of data on product materials with information taken from needs and marketing surveys in order to make the safe, quality OEM/private label products that are made possible by Nihon Biofoods' select materials and variety of products.
We will make an estimate that takes into consideration the size of the lot ordered, packaging/containers, and other such factors. We are able to respond flexibly for not only small lots, bulk, and material supplies.

Product manufacturing begins in earnest after we establish a contract on payment dates, product forms and lot size.
You may select from among the designs we prepare to meet your company's desires.

When a design has been settled on, we will begin production. Products will be manufactured and processed at Nihon Biofoods manufacturing Co., Ltd., one of our group companies.
Press-through packaging, three-sided seal packaging, stick packaging, glass bottling, plastic bottling, shrink wrap and a variety of other packaging forms are available. We can also ship products in bulk.
Nihon Biofoods has prepared a shipping system to deliver products on tight customer deadlines.
